The deadline to submit your New Educator Outreach Matching Grant is Friday, May 31, 2024.

Per New Business Item 23-44, NEA-Alaska will create a New Educator Outreach Grant that will fund up to ten (10) local associations with a matching grant of up to $2,000 to assist in strategic outreach to new educators and the recruitment of Potential Members. 

Matching grants will provide financial support for local activities by matching the local’s outreach expenses dollar-for-dollar.

All local presidents are encouraged to work with their UniServ Directors to plan and submit this grant application.
