Conference Information

Fall Event will start on Friday, October 18th at 4:00 PM and run until Sunday, October 20th at 11:00 AM, so please make your travel arrangements accordingly. 

This year, AFN's Quyana II Night falls on Friday, October 18th. 100 tickets will be available (free of charge, first come, first serve) for Fall Event attendees. Tickets are available by request on the registration form. 

PARKING:  NEA-Alaska will reimburse your parking expenses up to $32 per day with receipts. 

  • There are no designated parking spots or special rates for this event but there is ample parking available at lots near The Captain Cook. 
  • You can check out a map of  public parking here. 

CONFERENCE MEALS:  NEA-Alaska will provide Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday breakfast. The local or member is responsible for all other meals not provided.

REIMBURSEMENT:  Receipts and all boarding passes must be attached to a completed reimbursement form and mailed or emailed to the Juneau office (Attn: Lynn Metcalfe 201 Main St #300 Juneau, AK 99801). Reimbursement forms for travel will be distributed electronically and available at Fall Event. Completed forms should be emailed to: [email protected]
