NEA-Alaska may provide financial support to local associations for costs associated with maintaining local email and digital document storage.
NEA-Alaska Board Policy: NEA-Alaska shall reimburse local associations up to $500 per year for costs associated with maintaining a local email and digital document storage service. Receipts shall be submitted to NEA-Alaska once per fiscal year depending on current billing cycles for reimbursement. Administrative access will be provided to the NEA-Alaska Confidential Executive Assistant to ensure proper access is provided during leadership transitions. Violation of Electronic Data and Communications Systems Acceptable Use standards as found in Section II. Personnel, I of Board Policy may result in termination of reimbursement agreements.
